We were greeted by Ashley when we first arrived at your Uddingston store. She was extremely friendly and approachable. We explained that we wanted to use the machine to see if this would help us identify a mattress that would suit our needs. She clearly explained the process and the output results. Following which she walked us to a selection of mattresses, clearly explaining each type and model and their attributes to allow us to test these. Ashley was very knowledgeable of each of the products and gave us time to think about the choices available and allowing us to go back and retest where appropriate. Her customer service was exemplary.

Lesley who served us was really friendly, welcoming, and helped us out by clearly talking through how buy now pay layer works.

Your staff member was very knowledgable about the products and gave us every variable option available, eg.mixing mattresses with different frames and trying the ones that suited us best, she was also very friendly and patient and made us feel very comfortable.
