We were helped by a lovely sales assistant called Lesley. She listened to our needs and helped us reach a decision on the mattress that met what we were looking for. She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Lesley to any of my friends if they were looking to purchase a new bed/mattress. She was brilliant!

Sales assistant Katrina was very friendly and very helpful and gave us all the time we needed to choose or mattress.

Lesley couldn't be nicer form entering the shop until leaving explanation everything from size of bed that would be right for size of room to the best mattress for a good night sleep i was on the machine that helps and recommends the best mattress for me I went round the shop trying out all the mattress recommended for me it was an excellent experience after I picked my bed and mattress lesley offered me a tea or coffee sat down explained delivery and they can build the bed for me to told me about extra cover for bed and mattress but I declined no pressure what so ever once very thing was explain lesley ask me if I had any questions I didn't have any I can recommend dreams highly enough the customer service is second to none big thank you to lesley for a fantastic shopping at dreams

from the moment that we approached the entrance to the shop one of the assistants came to help me enter the store with my husband who is in a wheelchair.this is not something that we experience very often.

Kate who served us was very efficient and helped us with our choice, showed us various products until we settled on the one we bought. she was polite, courteous and very helpful, she talked us through all aspects of our wishes. the store was immaculate and the coffee was first class.
