Your store colleague Lesley in Uddingston branch was amazing. She took time to listen to what My daughter didn't like about her current mattress and listened to what she would like. She then guided us through all the kinds of mattresses available, showing us what was they were like inside. She informed us of the best mattresses to suit my daughters requirements and allowed us to try some out, while safely following COVID safety guidelines. She was great, especially as my daughter is autistic. My daughter felt at ease with lesley and I will be returning to the store soon with my brother who also has a learning disability.

Customer service excellent, Alex very patient and knowledgeable of products and took great care to ensure he understood my mum’s needs to offer the most suitable products

From the minute we opened the door both me members of the team who were available assisted us greatly. They adhered to our specifications which we asked for such as the ottoman style on a light colour. They didn’t try to guide us to something which we didn’t wants. Lesley who served us then gave us all the information we required and advised of deals on the duvets and pillows which made it all the better. Overall a lovely experience

As soon as we walked into the store the sales assistant welcomed us to Dreams and offered her assistance. Katrina was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would shop at Dreams again.

I was very satisfied as Dionne was very helpful, pleasant, and also understanding. She was a very good sales person as she explained everything to me and my husband as I am not good at hearing even with my hearing aids.

The assistant was very knowledgeable. Spent some time showing us all the alternative beds that we could have in various price ranges and styles. Very professional.

The staff are so friendly and so helpful I would recommend my friend &family to shop at dream love everything about dreams and the quality of there beds and also mattresses couldn’t fault them in anyway thanks to Ashley who dealt with myself so helpful thanks Ashley 😁

Shopping for a bed with 2 young teenage boys can be problematic but found your team especially Kathleen very efficient especially allowing both boys to experience the mattress testing equipment

It was myself and my husbands first time visiting dreams in uddingston. And a was greeted by alex and straight away we all just clicked he was so nice and professional. And was great with my 2 sons. We didn't feel rushed. We are expecting our bed next week. And we cant wait. 10/10 for alex 👍👍
