Kathleen the sales assistant was very attentive and made me and my mum feel incredibly welcome in your store, she even offered me a go on the bed machine to find out which mattress I needed. She was very conscious about social distancing which made us feel at ease. She also offered me and my mum a beverage which was welcome on the warm day. I cannot praise Kathleen highly enough she is very knowledgeable and I purchased the perfect bed for my new home, if I go back to the store I would defiantly look for her again.

The manager of the store (sorry we didn’t get her name) also took time to discuss our sale.

From entering the store being welcomed to the process of ordering was first class. Everything was explained clearly and all the options given. Would definitely shop here again
