Efficient friendly service , clean shop , good choices of beds

I was highly satisfied this is my 2nd visit in a couple of months, I bought a bed in April for my son and this time it was for myself. Again, received excellent customer services by sale person Dionne. She was very helpful and listen to what exactly I was looking for in a mattress and let us try the sleep motion, which is an amazing piece of machinery.

From when I walked through the door till I exited the doors I felt welcomed and the staff member that I was talking to was polite and friendly and answered all my questions with ease all in enjoyed my visit.

This is our second purchase within the last 6 months and wouldn’t consider anywhere else. Service and quality of products are second to none

Service was outstanding, guy was really friendly & helpful. The mattress we were purchasing was for my elderly mother & the guy took his time explaining all the details to help her get the right mattress

I had visited the 3 units selling beds in the retail park and Dreams came out top,both with thw attention i received and Katherines knowledge of her stock.

The gentleman who attended to my wife and while we were looking to buy a new bed and mattress was not pushy in any. He was very knowledgeable and took his time in answering all our questions. Overall our whole experience was very relaxed and we knew we were buying the right bed and mattress for us. We found exactly what we were looking for with lots of assistance from salesperson Kathleen who was attentive without being intrusive. We lay on the test machine to confirm what we were looking for and found a mattress and frame that were ideal.

Friendly greet when I came into the store . Was told about the bed which works out what is best mattress for you , it was well explained. I was showing a variety of beds which suited my needs. The finance part was broken down as to what would happen and it was a quick application, delivery date quick as well and I received a text today to confirmed delivery for next Wednesday. And the fact there was a discount on the price of the mattress also helped. Very pleased with the service Sheryl provided when I was in the store

Lesley who was m assistance was extremely knowledgable about the goods I asked about and was very friendly and accommodating as I have difficulty in walking. She was very up on making sure all hygiene was adhered to at this difficult time. I would definitely look to be served by her again. On saying that when I left I was going back tonight to look at a mattress for myself but unfortunately I had to go home early from work as I had a migraine.
