In a good way it never felt she was trying to sell the item, was very keen That we make the right choice for us, as this would be a positive experience For us to come back for other products. Service was very good, the fact that you could try out the beds and eliminate the ones not suitable and narrow down choice to the very bed that fits perfectly was great. Customer service was focused, helpful and available without any issues i.e. PPE. We were supported and assisted to make the choice of bed and frame to fit our needs.
