Great customer service. Dionne was very patient with myself and my family as we were shopping for my gran who is in a wheelchair and hard of hearing. She listened to my grans description of what she would like and pointed out the mattresses in which she thought were suitable.

In a good way it never felt she was trying to sell the item, was very keen That we make the right choice for us, as this would be a positive experience For us to come back for other products. Staff where so friendly; and the service was so quick, I’m very happy with the service so far.

Service was very good, the fact that you could try out the beds and eliminate the ones not suitable and narrow down choice to the very bed that fits perfectly was great. Customer service was focused, helpful and available without any issues i.e. PPE. We were supported and assisted to make the choice of bed and frame to fit our needs.
