My husband & I found the who experience from walking into the store to leaving a very pleasant, welcoming & satisfactory experience. Alex who attended to us was so nice - very helpful & friendly

The knowledge and time Lesley spent with us to pick the right mattress was second to none. She guided us around the store safely and at our own leisure. She provided bottled water and gave us plenty of time to discuss our choices privately. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for choosing our first mattress.

Great customer service. Dionne was very patient with myself and my family as we were shopping for my gran who is in a wheelchair and hard of hearing. She listened to my grans description of what she would like and pointed out the mattresses in which she thought were suitable.
