The member of staff Lesley was so knowledgable and gave us space to discuss in private too and gave us plenty of time to make our choices

Great service, the member of staff was not pushy but very helpful and chatty. I liked the mattress finder machine.

Alex at the Uddingston store took my order and was very helpful and friendly throughout the full time I was there. He helped me figure out what style of mattress I needed and pointed out a few that would suit me. He also showed me the full range of bed frames I could get as I was looking to get a frame also.

the staff were so friendly and so were the delivery men, which makes a huge difference, felt so at ease thank you so much 😀

The staff member assisting us took the time to figure out what we required and also made recommendations as we added more details without forcing us towards a specific brand/type/price range. I never had to do so, but I would have felt comfortable telling her if I liked something but it was out of my budget and feel she would have easily found some similar alternatives.
