Alex at the Uddingston store took my order and was very helpful and friendly throughout the full time I was there. He helped me figure out what style of mattress I needed and pointed out a few that would suit me. He also showed me the full range of bed frames I could get as I was looking to get a frame also.

The staff member assisting us took the time to figure out what we required and also made recommendations as we added more details without forcing us towards a specific brand/type/price range. I never had to do so, but I would have felt comfortable telling her if I liked something but it was out of my budget and feel she would have easily found some similar alternatives.

Alex, was a great help explaining the different mattresses and ensuring we got the information to make the correct decision for us. Would highly recommend after the help we got from The store

Ashley couldn't have been more helpful. We felt like she was listening and understand our needs. Ashley was very COVID-19 aware and explained everything she was doing so we felt comfortable and her product nolage was excellent and took time to explain some of the technical jargon.

Katrina the member of staff was so helpful and knowledgeable Another team member took time to speak to my 92 year old dad and got him a seat
