Kathleen was very knowledgeable and asked me questions to find out what suited me best. She gave valuable advice for my first home (to buy a bed frame first and use my current mattress) rather than rushing to buy another mattress. She wasn’t pushy on sales and was genuine. Both her and her colleague were attentive and offered me and my parents drinks whilst in store. All round great experience!

I was highly satisfied with my visit because I felt the sales consultant Lesley was very friendly and approachable, as well as helpful for us indecisive customers. She alerted us to offers on the tempur mattress and I felt this was excellent customer service. Thank you.
