The assistant was very helpful and efficient

The member of staff I dealt with was excellent. Male, bald, slim build - helped without being overbearing, perfect.

We were greeted as we came in the door and straight away we were lead over to the bed simulator, the member of staff asked different questions regarding me and what I required then got me in the bed, this was after after asking my party if we required a drink hot or cold. After the simulator was complete she took me through my options and had me lie on the different beds as mainly times as I wanted, when it came to choosing and the paying it was very quick and efficient, never at any point did I feel pushed into making a purchase which I really liked. I was extremely happy with my overall experience and the member of staff was amazing!

Everything from start to finish was great. Kathleen had great knowledge of her products.

Upon entry we were greeted by a lovely customer advisor named Dionne at you Uddingston branch. She immediately addressed the concerns of my disabled mum - the store was well laid out to accommodate our wheelchair access - she allowed my mum to try the scanning machine to find the best bed for her but before she spoke us through a consultation of what my mums was looking for and made recommendations based on that - the scanning machine confirmed these. She then allowed my mum to try 2/3 different beds all with support of a pillow which we didn’t ask for but was really good customer service. We chose the best one which was marked 20% off and very affordable then she showed us bed frames and was able to confirm the colour we wanted despite it not being on show - and then as we went to pay we’re offered tea/coffee/water which was lovely. She showed us the white version of the frame we wanted on the computer so we could see before buying and was able to help with assembly coats due to my mums disability. Then All confirmed and paid and with a day of delivery that suited us best! All in all it was a great shopping experience!

Had previously purchased bed/ mattress, impressed by courteousness, knowledge and understanding of staff. Same applied this visit with same staff member Alex and fellow colleagues Sheryl, Kate.

Although I have not been out shopping for so long I have to say that this was one of the best experiences I have had. I knew what I wanted but the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. I had a lovely lady called Dionne who was very professional but also down to earth and went through everything with me. I came out with more than I expected but that was a good thing as if Dionne had not pointed out certain items I would not of thought about them at that time. I have to mention that I have had the best latte ever, many thanks for that. One very happy customer who will certainly go back to dreams in the future and also for the latte.
