Kathleen was very welcoming as soon as we arrived in the store offering assistance, she showed us various products & left us to explore in private. She was readily available and very helpful during the purchase transaction.

My grown up kids badly needed new mattresses. I made an appointment to confirm with covid guidelines, We were greeted by Sales Advisor Alex. He took time with my kids to show them all the different options available. Kids being kids took over an hour to decide but we weren't rushed in any way. Alex was very knowledgeable and knew about all about the different mattresses ie, soft, medium, firm etc. We were looked after well, getting bottles of water also in the hot weather. The ordering process and even organising finance was quick and easy. Delivery date was in a few days which was great. Overall my experience was 10/10 and I would definately recommend Dreams to everyone.

Our customer service rep in store was highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful and attentive. Katrina was able to answer all of our questions and was able to settle our minds about any concerns we had.

The guy that served me for my bed was very knowledgeable and helped me greatly to buy the correct mattress for my bed. He was very pleasant and well mannered

Sheryl in the uddingston store, was welcoming, had great knowledge of the products, took time to listen to our needs and also allowed us some privacy to discuss our finances and preferences.

From the moment I entered the shop I was met by Alex who was very informative and extremely helpful. The Dreams Sleepmatch was a fantastic and surprising experience also. This actually made it much easier when choosing a new mattress. A very enjoyable shopping experience.

The choice is to suit everyone's budget but if you have a choice let the sales person advise you with there knowledge. You will see and feel the difference.
