The person in the store checked in on us but wasn’t too pushy and let us have a look about but also let us know he was there if we needed help. The colleague was able to answer our questions and make suggestions based on what we were looking for, he was so friendly, approachable and helpful.

From entering the store, met immediately by shop assistant Dionne.We were asked our specific requirements as size of bed,and type of mattress and headboard. We were then shown various examples of each,by Dionne,we were able to find a product to fit our requirements. The prosses of finalising the the finance and delivery date was explained thoroughly again by Dionne.
