Shortly after entering the store the sales assistant Alex enquired if he could help. After establishing our requirements we were guided thoroughly through the products that met our criteria then given the time and space to make our decision.

My wife phoned and spoke to a very cheery Julie, who answered questions and welcomed us to visit the store. On arriving, the door was opened for us and we were given a warm greeting. My wife recognised the voice as Julie.Julie remembered the details of the phone call and immediately arranged for a colleague to assist us. Sheryl, who served us, was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and attentive, whilst ensuring we had time for private discussion.

Alex the store member was highly knowledgeable and made us feel relaxed and comfortable, we had an idea of what we wanted before going into store and we’re considering trying the mattress and then ordering online. Alex’s friendly manner was the main reason we stayed in store and purchased with him

The sales assistant was excellent in communicating the benefits of finding the correct mattress for our needs. Spent time with us testing out different types of mattresses and pillows. Made the whole process easy for us to make up our mind and choose the preferred choice of mattress.
