When we first went in one of the sales advisor was friendly and spoke to us and asked what we were looking for which was fine but as we went round the shop she spoke to us about every bed we stopped and looked at which I felt was a bit intimidating and slightly annoying. I was happy with the initial advice from the sales advisor but after that I would prefer to ask for help rather than have her constantly on our backs. There was also an issue when paying for the items we bought and the main reason was there was no paper in the machine so we almost got charged twice, it then took 4 members of staff to rectify the problem and also for myself to prove that I paid by showing my bank account.

they deliverd my double bed i built it for my daughter and you had left kingsize slats so my daughter had to sleep on the floor all night

I purchased a blue bed, selected delivery, paid and left the shop. 10 minutes later I was called to be advised that the bed I was sold was actually the pink version. If I wanted to Blue version I would have had to wait a further month for the product. You now have £560 of my money which has left me financially in a difficult position, and I have to wait 7-10 days for a refund for YOUR error.

I and my wife, after checking your website went to the Uddingston store to select a cheap bed for our son. On selecting a bed the sales person (Alex) convinced us to select another bed, as the one we had chosend wouldn't last longer than a month. On receiving the delivery today we ngot a mattress. No bed. We thought we had boaught a bed and mattress (Fenton Traditional Spring Divan Bed - Firm - Mocha) for £299. Spoke to store manager today. She didn't seamed to bother about it (must happen all the time) and told us to contact customer services.

from entering store we were greeted by a pleasant sales assistant called Kathleen whom we found to be very helpful and showed us item we were looking for without any hesitation. we placed our order and was given a coffee which was much appreciated. Advised of delivery times. Could not fault visit and would certainly recommend to a friend.
