Dreams - Uddingston

At first look on the placard it is deceiving and you think you are saving money, but I only realised when I got home I hadn't actually saved money on my matteress at all.

I was advised there would be a delivery charge on the item or i could collect at the warehouse which i decide to go with. I then was on dreams website later that night and seen that there was free delivery on website, I was never told by the sales assistance that if ordered online I would have been able to get free delivery. I phone shop next day and sales assistance was not helpful and couldnt ask any of my question just refered me to customer services

Thought the information jiff was a bit to long winded.

I purchased a mattress, however I have yet to use it (still waiting on delivery) so cannot comment on the quality of this product

Shop staff very helpful & friendly. Beds I was interested in were on display & I was able to test them. Took advantage of the discounted pillows & duvet that Kath explained. I would have given Dreams full marks if they had honoured the price promise as the same bed was discounted by £70 two days after delivery. Just because it has been delivered should not affect the price promise.

I thought that the product prices were high and the cost of delivering the bed I purchased was very high at £39.99. after all I spent nearly £670.

2 different staff members could not help with our questions and the 3rd member of staff who finally processed our order was lacking in any customer engagement.

I went into shop and then placed order the next day over the phone. Was told £25 for assembling bed. Paid in full. Received receipt by email all paid and correct. Then another invoice sent say £30 for assembling and I owe £5. Emailed back complaining. No response. Also 4 weeks delivery far too long but could not get bed anywhere else

Assistant didn't offer us any other products or really go into details

I was sold the insurance for bed purchased. And will be cancelling it. As it states that damage when being delivered and assembled is NOT COVERED? And nothing in the "policy" applies to the bed I bought!? A complete waste of money. And should have been advised of that in store!!
