The only reason I am not highly satisfied is due to the price. Had things been a bit more reasonable then this score would have been higher

Only went in to look at Headboards, ending up buying bedside chest as well. Only had 1 left, bought it anyway, hoping to get another in a different store but no luck.Have tried every DREAMS stores in Scotland but no luck. Finally found on Amazon, which was £24 cheaper.

I called from Canada, the transaction was completed, then I was unable to pay with my visa card. I then had to call my family and they made the call to pay, over the phone from Scotland. thank you. I've no idea how many customers you get from abroad, but maybe you should advise the staff on how to handle overseas calls in regard to phone payments; that could be mentioned at the start of the conversation, not the end.

Due to not actually having the products yet I can't say that I'm highly satisfied when I haven't slept on it yet.

I very rarely give a top mark for anything. I'm not sure what else could have been done to obtain a 'Highly Satisfied'. Elaine's knowledge was excellent and she was very friendly. At this point in time, without having yet used the products, I feel we are very happy with our purchases.

Only 1 sales assistant working and had to wait a while to be served.

Its not that i was dissatisfied, we just couldnt be given a date for delivery and was told we would get a call the following day to confirm which we didnt i had to call in myself. Also the order had to be put through incorrect in order for it to go through the system and we were told this would be amended however would like clarification on this as dont want the wrong order showing up.
