The service was good but I expect it to be. The product was of a price I would expect to pay. In order to be highly satisfied it would need to have been something pretty special. To be honest I went in to buy a product that I had already researched so was not particularly looking for advice.

the staff was helpful and courteous but very few, considering the long weekend, more staff should have been available, because of that have to wait for long time, other than that the variety available was good catering for all price ranges.

I will not know the degree of satisfaction until I have used the product.

The item isn't available for deliverly for over a month

I would have liked to have bought a mattress too to go along with my bed frame, but compared to other shops, I felt that your mattresses were more expensive.

There wasn't a great choice in the style of bed I was looking for (ottoman), did manage to order one but not a great range of fabrics either only 2 colours

Happy with the service and all the staff were very friendly. a few criticisms would be that I felt the insurance policy that was on offer was far to heavily pushed, it really did feel as if there is additional commission for selling this policy, that was not pleasant. We bought a mattress / headboard / bed and felt that there was not much of a deal on offer as I think we paid full price for everything which again made us walk out feeling a little dissatisfied. The shop its self was very nice.

I would have been highly satisfied if I wasn't being asked to purchase other products which I didn't come into the shop for

We bought a tempur mattress and struggled to choose between the cloud 22 or cloud 27 mattress. It would have been helpful if all the tempur mattresses were next to each other but the 22 was across the store and it made it difficult to decide which was more comfortable as couldn't immediately go from one to the other.
