I saw the mattress on line and could have placed my order, but I decided to go to your store to see the actual item , but unfortunately it did not have one in the store. But I was highly satisfied with all aspects of my experience especially the helpful manner of your salesman Alex. Thanks. A McEwan

I supposed to get a free mattress cover with my order but I didn't. It wasn't add to the order.

The colleague Jon was very kind and knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us. We were however disappointed that his estimate of the cost of two 80x200 mattresses of our chosen type was off by about £1400: instead of the same "roughly £1600" as a 160x200, the cost for 2 80x200 would have come to over £3000 total. As we had been looking specifically for a pair, the lack of clarity in this respect was disappointing. Other than that, great experience and we left happy.

The store was busy and it was difficult to gain assistance

The colleague that served me was Dionne and she was very nice and gave me plenty of time to decide what i wanted. The prices of the beds are competitive with other stores.

We were greeted by assistent Alex the minute we came.he was very polite and helpful all the time.we knew what we wanted so quickly picked the mattress,base to it,choose delivery,payed and left happy with our purchase and service.my satisfied= highly satisfied.

Prices I feel are pretty expensive however I would visit again .

Ordered duvet set why take my name and address

I was only in to pay balance of my purchaae so not much help required. Do not have purchase yet so cant be specific about quality and comfort.

Never give anyone full marks as they become complacent
