I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and friendliness of the staff in the birkenshaw trading estate Glasgow nothing was too much bother for my sales assistant Kathleen she showed me lots of beds and took measurements and the bed I was originally interested in was too long for my bedroom but she showed me others that would be perfect plus choosing the mattress she had great patience with me as I kept changing my mind as to which one I liked best but Kathleen helped me a lot with her knowledge of the type of mattress and to what was good for my comfort so I was definitely pleased with my purchase and looking forward to a great nights sleep thanks to Kathleen.

Lengthy of delivery time

I phoned next day to cancel ,matress ,but not the bed was told I can only amend ,but when I looked on your site ,mislead by your 14days return policy only on line not in store ,I was not told this instore ,and thought all companys operated a 14day return

I had already look on your web site before I went to the shop, so I already knew what I was looking for.

Initially told purchase would be available in one week but changed to 5 weeks. We accepted this but it was a case of "computer says" . Staff were super friendly,supportive and helpful with only a small sense of pressure to sell. Price difficult to compare with other similar products at other stores, so not sure that we paid best price for expensive mattress.

I had picked the bed online and only went to the store to check out the firmness of the mattress.

I'm not highly satisfied because the prices of beds say a little more than I would have liked and my mattress isn't going to be delivered for over a week after purchase.
