Dreams - Uddingston

Feel bit off at being asked this. Had no problems whatsoever on my visit to Dreams, and felt that to say I was satisfied was sufficient. Bit surprised at this

The experience was fine. Only minor issue was the time quoted for delivery was for the mattress only, not the bed frame as well. Clarified on a prompt follow up phone call and not an issue though.

Served by Alex who was very helpful however the bed I wanted was 9 weeks delivery which I cancelled and only ordered mattresses

We were hoping to see the day bed in the storer in one of your other stores. The tabitha day bed . We also wanted to see the Woodstock single bed with the pull out trundle underneath so we could try to pull it out and aid it.

the length of time that it took for the finance to be resolved. I believe there was an issue with the original placement of the application that caused a problem. My car finance did not take as long!!!

Overall price was more than I anticipated spending. Pricing of guarantees and other add ons could have been better explained. Wanted advice on which mattress would be best for my four year old but I’m not sure if I have come away with the best mattress in that regard.

I am aware that the product that I wanted to purchase is highly sought after but was very disappointed to learn that will have to wait a full month before we can receive product.
