More than satisfied really helpful

From the moment my husband and I walk through the door the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We had 2 young children with us which was quite stressful but staff assured us there were no issues and they were very friendly with our children which took the stress away from my husband and In turn made choosing a bed and mattress less stressful. We were continuously offered drinks as it was a warm day. All in all the service at the store was great.

Shop assistant was excellent. Kathleen was friendly and extremely helpful regarding our purchase and very knowledgeable about the other product we were interested in. Her “beducation” about pillows has proven to be very useful and has immediately improved the quality of our sleep.

Lesley was very welcoming and friendly and understood what we wanted and at what price that was suitable for us

Alex was an amazing help as me and my partner where in the store for a while and back and forward looking at beds, and Alex was help eveytime we went back to see him. The service was excellent and he help us through with everything.

From the moment we entered the shop we were greeted and we loaned into the store. The assistant took time to understand our wants, needs and expectations and was fantastic in explaining the different mattresses and finding one that suited our needs.

Staff member was very helpful and was straightforward to get order ssorted.

From entering the shop until we left, fantastic experience overall. The staff were friendly and knowledgable. Offered refreshments which was a plus point.
