I was satisfied with my visit as the representatives in the store were amazing and very professional and the covid measures in place were very Good. However the dream sleep machine did not give accurate results to what was actually wanted.

There was only one member of staff on the shop floor processing our order, other customers were waiting and the manager appeared for 2 mins then walked away not providing assistance to the other customer. Our staff member was trying to help everyone, I didn't think it was appropriate that there was only one member of staff offering assistance. This caused us to wait unnecessary.
