I was happy with the approach from the lady who attended to me and the way she set about getting me delivery info etc. I was also very pleased with the delivery timescale for my purchase.

The item i needed (a day bed) was not on display and online only. The other item (a sofa bed) was out of stock.

On arrival challenged why I wasn’t wearing a mask I was then told it’s the law. No such law exists given the fact it’s confident why I’m not wearing a mask your staff have no consideration of personal circumstance this almost lost you the 2k I spent in store that day really poor service for the lady. Full of praise for Alex who was more than happy to help and process our sale

Charlie bed not in stores. If this had been clear online would have not wasted my time going to store.

I suffer with an incontinence issue and the store has no public toilet.

Having to wait a longer period for the goods to be delivered. This is understandable given Covid & Brexit at this moment in time.

We were very satisfied with our experience at Dreams. Assistance was freely available and highly knowledgeable and we felt very welcomed.

Everyone alway needs or can improve somewhere so never give full scores

Overall experience was streamlined and efficient, the waiting time for my bed was slightly disappointing, however considering the size of bed order this was not surprising
