Alex was very helpful and knowledgable,making sure I viewed products that were suitable and taking my requirements into account. He made sure I had the time to select my final choice and gave advice but did not push me toward a particular product which I appreciated. He was friendly and made me feel like a valued customer

When we entered the store Alex approached us and introduced himself he was very friendly. We were offered water or coffee when we were sitting to get our order finalised. The only problem is waiting 3 weeks for our new mattress lol. So we left happy

As soon as l went in the door the display showing the inside construction of the mattress helped me it was exactly what l was looking for.l told Kathleen about the problems l was having with my back and neck and she directed me to the best bed to suit my requirements.She wasn't pushy or anything she was just friendly and helpful and even offered me a coffee. So many thanks for your help ,and look forward to receiving my new bed Robert Hall

Katherine was very welcoming as soon as we entered the store. She asked if there was anything specific we wanted to see and left us to browse which we liked. We went back to her and she answered all our questions. She then dealt with our transaction efficiently and also offered us refreshments. She chatted away and had a friendly manner.

From the moment my husband and I walk through the door the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We had 2 young children with us which was quite stressful but staff assured us there were no issues and they were very friendly with our children which took the stress away from my husband and In turn made choosing a bed and mattress less stressful. We were continuously offered drinks as it was a warm day. All in all the service at the store was great.
