The whole experience was a very positive one and Kathleen was extremely friendly and helpful. Hospitality was excellent Latte and biscuit!

I was highly satisfied from the service received from Dreams from start to finish. I was helped promptly by a wonderful employee, Natalie, via live chat who went out of her way to call the Uddingston store to find out if they had the bed I wanted available to view in store. She called them direct and was advised that the bed was available so I went into store the next day. I immediately saw the bed I liked and was given lots of helpful information from an in-store employee. She explained all of the different sizes and variations of the bed and was very helpful with delivery dates, warranty etc. Overall, the process was extremely stress free and I was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes! I would definitely recommend Dreams to anyone else looking to purchase a new bed, I can't wait for mine to arrive!

Staff were friendly, and introduced themselves and asked for why i had came in. Informed me of the change of model and allowed me to try them and explained how i should use my pillow. Handy and already made an improvement on my comfort
