Bought ARORA bed, love the look and quality, have previously had expensive bed but not good quality, can tell i've picked a good one this time many thanks.

The girl Ashley was extremely helpful and friendly.

Elaine of Dreams Birkenshaw was wonderful. We knew what we were looking for and she offered all her knowledge to guide us. She left us enough time to privately discuss before helping us make the final decision. Elaine was really great, very friendly and my children really like her too! She had the perfect blend of informative and friendly.

We did not feel pressured or hounded by staff at any time, unlike our visit to another retailer. Our friend recommended you to us as she liked the service she received also. The lady who served us, Kate, could not do enough to help

When I went into the shop at Birkenshaw Uddingston both members of staff Ashley & Julie were very friendly and offered me lots of advice on the product I was looking for. They gave me a lot of help and allowed me to try the product I was looking for to ensure it was the right choice for me. In addition to this myself and my partner were given a cup of coffee whilst we sat and concluded the purchase. I will definitely return to this store and strongly recommend it to friends and family. Keep up the good work girls.

The assistant was extremely helpful, her name is Ashley, she was very knowledgeable about the products in store, and also very polite, on our first visit she answered questions we asked and introduced herself and told us just to ask for her if we needed any more assistance, we left the store to have a think about what we really needed and when I went back a few weeks later she remembered me and the product we had enquired about and made my purchase very easy

we purchased what we were looking for at a good price and the service Elaine gave was first class.

Friendly approach, great service, received some great advice we had a very knowledgable sales lady and was happy with the quick sales process
