Kathleen was able to answer all our questions and found the right mattress to suit our needs and our budget, great knowledge of beds.

Kate our assistant was very helpful and explained all the different types of matresses and beds without any jargon. She also pointed me to beds in my price range

We visited the store late in the afternoon and spoke with someone we then looked at other stores in the area and decided to caome back to Dreams, it was just before closing time when we came back but the staff couldn't have been nicer and the assistant was very patient and listened to our thoughts and passed on his advice

The assistant Ashley was very knowledgeable and charming representatives with an approachable good sense of humour. Ashley took into consideration both my needs and my husbands and I did not feel pressured or rushed into making a purchase or decision. I learned something about sleep and it's Importance in finding the correct bed with Ashley Importance put and guidance. My visit to Dreams was not what I expected and I left a very happy customer and can't wait for my bed to arrive.

All staff were very friendly.ashley in particular,who was our assistant,was very friendly and attentitive.was very surprised at how knowledgable and informative she was.gave very good guidance and made sure we were making a decision that would suit us in the long term rather than getting a sale.

I have shopped with Dreams on a number of occasions, and each time have been highly satisfied with both the products and the value for money. On this occasion I would like to highly commend the assistant, Kathleen at the Uddingston branch, who showed knowledge of the products whilst patiently interacting with my two young children who were present. Kathleen was welcoming and approachable and undoubtedly showed her skill as a sales assistant and representative of your company. The store person was very helpful but not over pushy. We had ben in the store prviously and knew what we wanted so the purchase was very easy.

Weren't hassled and didn't feel pressure to purchase which is impressive as other stores still continue to drive sales with a pushy attitude. Kate was most helpful in helping my daughter get the best mattress for her needs and was polite and would definitely recommend her to friends or family, as well as dreams beds
