I was highly satisfied with the professional and knowledgable sales person who took care of my sale. I would return to the store again.

Elaine was extremely helpfull upon our arrival at dreams . Gave me and my partner great assistance in choosing the correct bed and mattress to suit our needs. Also offered a cup of tea or coffee while processing our order. Overall customer service was fantastic would definetly recommend and visit again due to the fantastic experience I had in dreams.

The salesman named Christopher was excellent

Prices and different qualities were explained very clearly and I was not pressured in any way to go for the dearest options.

The assistant Kate took time and listened to the needs and the type of bed we were looking for. She gave us many options and allowed us to try the beds out. And her advise was excelent, friendly and offered us a cup of coffee while we were being served. The hospitality was excelent.

All the staff, not just the one who served us, were very friendly, offering tea, making sure we were valued as potential customers. We left the store feeling very satisfied that we had made the correct choices. We felt we had 'bought' the products, not had them 'sold' to us. A very pleasurable experience all round.

Good service, good price

Initially disappointed that they did not have the Perth Storage sofa bed in store to view. However extremely pleased with the very helpful staff who arranged for a material sample to be sent to me and which I received promptly.

Woman named Ashley helped me decide what Help I end and handled everything professional and with sensitivity. I am profoundly deaf with sight problems communication thru guide communicator. Not easy in many places but environment was relaxing and handled well thank you
