Staff were very helpful and friendly. let us try the adjustable beds but found they were not suitable and took the time to show us alternatives. Plenty of choice.

Very easy to find and buy what I was looking for. Very helpful. Left feeling job well done. There was no hanging around.

Me and my partner were desperate for a new bed after many restless nights and sore back it was that bad my partner had slept on the couch for the last two weeks. When we arrived at Dreams we were initially greeted then allowed time to look to see what we were looking for, many furniture shops hound you as soon as you go through the door so having the freedom to look was helpful. Kathleen (Kate) approached us and gave us so information about the bed we were looking at. We inquired about the mattress stating our price range she showed us a good few within our range. What I found most helpful was how Kate distracted and let our 4 year old daughter help her move pillows while we could try out the different types of mattress. Once we had decided what we wanted and were sorting out paperwork we were offered tea and coffee and once again our daughter was entertained and very happy with a glass of water in a champagne glass and a pair of ear plugs. Overall couldn't be happier with the friendly, helpful service and even happier to get a decent nights sleep

I was approached straight away and asked if I needed assistance. I came back the following day to place the order and my items were all ready for me.

Christopher wasn't a pushy sales person but was very friendly, informative, helpful and polite. Very good customer skills.

on entering the shop one of the assistants greeted us and offered us some refreshments and asked if they could help us we said no thanks and that we were just having a look once we had a look we decided to ask some questions about some items the assistant came straight over to us and was extremely helpful as my mother was in a wheelchair she made sure she was able to get access near the big tv screen which she had suggested in showing u some different items we were then offered some refreshments again also my mother had forgot her glasses and the assistant had let my mum try hers to see if they were any good which they were the assistant took her time explaining about different items which was very helpful we were very pleased in being able to get her purchases very soon with the delivery dates very pleased with the overall service. ps could I also say I had lost my wallet with my bank cards and had called this morning to see if it had been found in the shop unfortunately it was not but they said they would look around the shop and that they my details and would call me if they found it fortunately it was in the shop next to them but they were genuinlly pleased id got it.

Elaine the assistant spent time and effort ensuring we got the best product but also within our budget wasn't pushy and was very knowledgable

I was looking for a item. I was looked after by Ashley. She is smarty dressed attended and got what we were looking for. She had a lovely smile, and my wife and me will go back there, when we are looking for a bed, nothing was to much trouble, and we were offered a cup of tea or coffee. My wife and me had traveled, over 60 mls. It was a good visit to dreams,and we will go there for a new bed in the near future. I would tell friends about dreams. Yours truly Robert Kerr
