Lovely staff in store who were very helpful. Very friendly and came away very happy. Would highly recommend this store down to the staff who work there and the products on sale

After purchasing a bed from yous and having a good first experience I decided to come back to look at mattresses. Elaine from the Uddingston store in Glasgow was very friendly helpfull and fun. She let us try the different ranges available and tailored an order to suit our budget. She also made us aware of the half price deals on pillows and duvets because we had purchased a bed and mattress. Our visit was short, pleasant and we left feeling satisfied.

The staff were very friendly and helpful when they were filling my paperwork in they asked if I wanted tea or coffee then I decided to get another pack of 4 pillows Elaine told me to stay where I was and said she would get someone to get them for me I felt very relaxed in the shop because some shops you feel hounded but not in DREAMS X,

Kate was magnificent with us and helped from the minute we walked into the store. The entire experience was flawless and we cannot be happier with our new bedroom.

The advisor we dealt with Elaine was extremely helpful & explained the products very well. She was even very relaxed when my 2 young children were jumping from bed to bed.

Very knowledgeable staff, who were friendly and not too sales-y- ..Mark and Kate! They took time to talk through things with my husband and I. We are very happy with every aspect of the service and products. My parents bought a bed from Dreams 6 years ago, and have said its the best thing they've bought, and a good investment..so there we were on Friday! We will have it delivered when we move house in a few weeks, and me and my husband can't wait. Thank you to your staff, they are a credit to your company.
