the girl that assisted us in purchasing our mattress couldn't have been more helpful. explained all of the products that we tried out. even helped us in choosing pillows etc. I think her name was Angela even got us teas and coffees and biscuits. there was another lady unsure of her name but she had a supply of white mice sweeties, nothing to do with beds but just helped to make the shopping experience that much better.

The staff made us feel welcome upon arrival,greeting us in a friendly atmosphere. She could tell me in detail about the products and produced the correct goods for my needs. She offered tea and coffee to relax us and provided excellent customer service.

When we first walked in we were greeted by the staff and asked if we wanted a tea or coffee. We were allowed to look around on our own which we wanted to do and the girl would come over to offer advice on the beds we were looking at, after we picked the one we wanted the help and advice we got on your products was brilliant. The sale girl who was called Ashley was excellent and you are very lucky to have her on your team .

I dealt with Christopher in the uddingston store. On arrival he showed us the mattress options then asked us about our needs. He was knowledgable and easy to talk to. He made us a coffee and process the paperwork with no problem. Great overall experience. There was a sale on which made it even better.
