the staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome and we had a coffee as well good customer service

On entering the shop, I found it to be bright and cheery. The staff were very welcoming, and Kathleen in particular, was kind and understanding as I had just lost my mother and was upset. Kathleen explained all the options and took me through the process of choosing a bed. This is one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had and would recommend it to anyone.
