Very helpful, made choosing the correct bed very easy.

The sales assistant paid particular attention to our needs, offering a variety of options and advice, allowing us to make an informed purchase.

I had bought a product from a Dreams store at Robroyston a few years ago (although this store is now closed) and was very satisfied with every aspect of the experience. For that reason I made a conscious effort to visit another Dreams store when purchasing another bed. I had been so pleased with the Isabella Ottoman bed purchased on my last visit I decided to purchase the exact same bed. Although this was not in store, Elaine helped us with the order in store rather than placing the order online. This ensured that we could think ahead to a more appropriate delivery date and take her up on the offer of additional items, e.g. Duvets. She was also very helpful in showing us other products, one which we may well be purchasing at a later date. Elaine's personal attention, personable disposition (friendly not pushy) and attentiveness was exemplary. Great to see that people are returning to excellent customer service. I was again so impressed that I did share my experience with a friend who bought the exact same bed online a few hours later!

Young female,introducd herself, would we like a hot drink, felt compleatly at ease, gave good rendition of bed & matress to suit managed to purchase pillows & douvet at same time, her overall manerism was very professional as well as very down to earth. Somthing very rarly seen today,

We were served by Mark - he was knowledgeable and explained the subtle differences between the mattresses available. He was pleasant and helpful and didn't attempt to influence our decision on price.

Store was busy I felt I was dealt within a reasonable time scale and everything was processed efficiently followed up with delivery date and email confirming order

Customer Service was very good. Sales assistant satisfied all our needs and we got the bed we were looking for.
