Assistant helps up pick the right mattress and bed that suited us best as we didn't have a clue

I came to dreams to look at the tv beds on offer . I was pleased with what I saw and was given assistance with picking my favourite for my needs. On top of this I was allowed to leave the store and think about the purchase before committing to it. This by far is one of the best things about dreams. No pressure selling no sales tactics and no pushy salespeople. I will defo be back for my spare room bed in the coming months.

The sales team where very friendly and attentive they offered tea or coffee but me and my wife don't drink tea or coffee maybe in the future you guys could offer juice even diluting juice would do.The store was 5/5 and the displays where easy to understand with no hidden sneaky extras cropping up.I have not had my delivery yet but if that goes well enough i am confident it will i will be back my grandmother is looking for a bed and i will bring her to the salesman who dealt with us.

Elaine the Sales Associate whom we dealt with was highly knowledgeable and explained things in an easy to understand manner and was always open to questions. The prices and extensive choice of product was narrow ed down very quickly by the use of some simple but very specific questions regarding our requirements.

Before I can I came to dreams I never really knew much about mattresses but my experience in dreams opened my eyes. Elaine took the time to show us around and try the difference between each matress. She was extremely helpful and friendly.

Mark was very friendly, and his knowledge of products was great. I like the way the bed were colour coded of which type of firmness the mattresses were.

Great customer care and good quality products

I intended to pay the balance 48 hrs prior to delivery. The web site was down . I left 3 messages at the store. I contacted the number on the web site. However, was unable to pay balance.Therfore I called into the store on my way to start my night shift to pay the balance. I was informed that my bed would not be delivered on the arranged date as the balance not being paid. I was not satisfied that this could happen. However being fully aware that it is not the staff on duty who is at fault. However , ELAINE pulled out all the stops and went the extra mile. Balance paid and bed delivered on time. As far as I am aware Elaine went in to her work early to resolve the situation . A big thank you to her as I would have had to wait a further 5 days for delivery, and the bed was required before that . Thank you ELAINE for your help much appreciated . Mrs Ellen Watt

We were looking for a winged kingsize bed that displayed a lot of class and was very well made to a quality high standard. We found this after speaking to a member of staff who took us over to the king size Atherton on display. We had previously seen this bed on your website and my husband liked it, but I wasn't too sure. But on actual physical viewing in person it was exactly what I was looking for. The bed is in a beautiful elegant cream linen like fabric with a gentle subtle sheen to it and has a stunning studed finish detail on the outside of the wings that gives it that gently touch of masculinity which we both really love. All staff we spoke to have been excellent with guidance, advice on suitable mattresses, not just for the bed, but also for myself as I have a physical issue. My Physio also advised a quality pocket sprung mattress which I found with the Wakefield. The speed of the service with regards to being offered a coffee while we arranged payments and finalised arrangements was a very welcoming and nice touch. We felt we received a super service from a high end business and would absolutely return again in the future.
