The salesman was excellent and the bed is lovely although we could only view it in black.

The staff member helping was excellent - very knowledgeable and understanding of what I was looking for. She advised and there was no pressure to buy. I thought it a really thoughtful gesture to be offered a cup of tea while I browsed around looking at and considering the bed I wanted. It turned out that this was the manageress - brilliant service.

Dreams staff member Gerry could not have been more helpful - He is a credit to your company!! When we arrived in store we didnt really know what we were looking for but Gerry listened to the rough idea of what we wanted in a bed & mattress and really went out of his way to get us EXACTLY what we chose in the end. He was very patient (we had our children with us to the store 11yr and 1yr old)and didnt put any pressure on us - Gerry is the reason we returned to store the following morning and made our purchase. Outstanding customer service!!

I was in the dreams store in uddingston today and was served by a young man named Christopher. As we went into store we were greeted by Christopher and he spent a great deal of time attending to our needs, never rushed us, allowed us time to think about our purchase and gave us the appropriate information on the beds and mattress to make sure we got what we wanted and made sure the comfort of the mattress was just right for us. we received great customer service from Christopher which am really happy about and we end up spending a lot more than we expected but we're really happy with the advice and service we received and because of this I will defiantly be back in the further. You don't get very many good and genuine empolyees like Christopher, so I think he deserves some praise with his great service and I can't wait for my new bed etc to be delivered.
