Ashley was extremely helpful and friendly. Explained about the mattresses making sure I picked the correct one.

the staff where great Kathleen made me a cup of coffee she had a lot of knowledge about the beds and mattresses she got us to try out different beds to see what one would suit us most we picked the vitality therapur bed just waiting for it to arrive

Ashley was a friendly , cheerful and highly knowledgable salesperson . She made the experience of shopping a pleasant and relaxing one . I found the service impeccable and have recommended the store and the service to friends who I believe one has taken my advice and also used the store .

The staff member (Ashley) who offered me assistance was friendly and knowledgeable. She spent time with me to find out what I was looking for and showed me where to look. She then allowed me to look around myself and told me to let her know if I needed further assistance. She was responsive to my needs and noticed when I had finished looking and needed help. I had my young children with me and she acknowledged them and gave them balloons to play with. She processed my order quickly and explained everything to me. I will certainly return to this store when the service is of such a high standard.

dreams was the 3rd bed shop i had visited that day but by far the best in comparison! the sales assistant gerry was very welcoming and friendly giving us all the information we needed to help choose the right bed for my 4 year old son. we decided to visit another bed shop before making our decision but regretted it as soon as we entered as the sales assistant was very pushy unlike gerry! so we returned to dreams but gerry was busy. we were offered a coffee by another assistant chris whilst we waited which we accepted it was just like being at costas. once gerry was free he very kindly went through all the information again confirming that i had make the correct choice. he explained about the cover offered which we also took and purchased a new duvet and pillows which were also a fantastic price. i felt at ease and was extremely happy with all the service given and will definately be back to purchase in the future.

STAFF WERE VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL AND WE ORDERED OUR BEDROOM FURNITURE WITHOUT ANY HASSLE.

my wife &myself entred the store late saturdayto be approached by a vert nice plesent gentleman name of Gerry.we had a idea what we was looking for but once we got talking I then relised they sold the mattress,s they use in premier inn.that was enough for us.we had a good laugh about different things joked about things offerd coffee ok was end of the day.but the servise this man gave us was impeccable to a very high standard.i would give him employee of the year.thanks Gerry.
