found bed we needed straight away and got confirmation of all prices from assistant, quick friendly experience

My mother is disabled and needs a lot of help due to her being in a wheelchair and needed to try out the mattresses Gerry couldn't have helped anymore if he tried my mother is a big lady and he had to move things around so she could get onto the beds with our assistance he made her feel so good as she anoyed at how long it takes her to do anything he had the patients of a saint anything we asked for he took us straight to items eg bedding quilts ets with no pressure to buy and the tea was a bonus as my mother was exhausted after trying the beds we certainly would recommend the store and staff and come back again. Could you please tell jerry thank you so much for all his help it gave my mother a welcomed boost as she avoids shops due to her condition thanks again.

The sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable and provided us with all the help we needed store was extremely clean and all the other staff were very friendly also and made us feel at ease.

Assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable. She also took a lot of time to make sure we found the mattress we needed. They also helped look after our little boy who was running riot whilst we tried out the beds!

Gerard the sales advisor was very helpful and explained the product to me extremely well on how to assemble it.

The store staff were all very welcoming. The staff were very knowledgable with the products and took time to ensure we tried the product and helped narrow down to reflect our needs. The staff were very observant and identified that my boisterous 22 month old was deflecting our attentions. Julie built a rappour with our son and also provide a balloon which gave my husband and I time to try the products and ask questions. Julie also gave us time to go back between product to reflect on what would suit us and also kept our son engaged to enable us to do this. This is above and beyond customer service. Also Julie included my son when trying out the mattresses. Having tried other branded shops, the experience we had in your store was excellent!! The care and attention we received was above and beyond, with all members of staff. The store was definitely a team and we were made to feel included. I'm note sure if you have a standard customer care plan, but this store is an ambassador for fantastic customer care and not just with my family units but it could be seen with other family units within the store.

Ashley was very profesional and knowledgable about the product. She was very helpful and easy to deal with. Also the store manager Julie was very friendly. I had my 83 year old mother with me and whilst I was being served by Ashley,Julie made my mum tea and spoke with her. The comment from my my was both girl were very nice and pleasant. The customer service given by both was excellent.

I was highly satisfied with my overall experiance at deams Uddingston. Gerry who was helping us was very helpful and showed us round a number of beds, mattress and pillows to help us decide what was best for us.
