The service provided by Gerry was excellent, he helped me to make the right choice. I'm very delightful

When we visited the store it was pretty busy hence the reason we waited a while for an assistant although we were explained to a few times that they were busy and would be with us soon. I knew what I was wanting so made it easier and the assistant was very helpful and pleasant.

Found what we wanted quickly. Two members of staff extremely friendly. Person who handled our sale highly efficient. A great experience from the minute we entered the shop until the minute we left.

The staff were very helpful, allowing us the time to make our decision. We didn't feel pressured in any way, and felt the assistant felt it was more important we made the right decision for our needs. We visited the store and found a mattress and bed that we liked, but wanted to try a few other stores to make sure we were happy with the products we tried. We returned to the Dreams store approximateky 10 minutes before closing, but Gerry was happy to help us, and took time to show us extras (such as mattress covers), the staff waited an additilnal 15 minutes past closing to complete our order, and did not make us feel rushed in any way. As we are furnishing our fist flat, it was good to have a stress free purchase! We have a second bedroom that we need to furnish when we can afford to, and we will definitely return to Dreams when we get round to making this purchase.

We visited the store at Birkenshaw Trading Estate, Uddingston and were served by Ashley. This lady was absolutely delightful. She knew her products well and thoroughly explained the differences in mattresses to which we were very happy to know that she knew what she was talking about. We found her manner very professional and not at all "pushy". She was not badgering for a sale and allowed us plenty of time to consider our options without invading our personal space. We did advise the manager before leaving how happy we were with the service Ashley had given us and would certainly recommend this store

The staff were friendly and helpful. Christopher completed our order perfectly and we all chatted and had a laugh during the process. The Manager Julie was also exceptional. She was on hand if we had any queries, she sourced bed sheets from other stores and again her rapport with us was second to none. It felt like a very personal service.

The experience I received during my visit was amazing thanks to a lady called Kathleen Kee. She was so easy to talk to and as I was spending a fair amount of money I had a lot of questions to ask. I knew the questions and Kathleen knew the answers plus some I had not even thought off. Well done Kathleen Well done Dreams. 10 * to both.

Julie spent a lot of time with us and was very knowledgeable on the products in store. Between Julie and Ashley we were delighted with the time and service from them both. We only went in for a mattress but came out with 2 pillows and a mattress protector after the advice we received. We will recommend this store to all our family and friends.

The sales assistant, Ashley, made the visit and buying experience extremely enjoyable

friendless and helpfulness of staff. A good shopping experience this store and its staff are a credit to dreams. Wish all shopping was as good an experience as this.
