The service we received was second to none,the assistant new her job and could'nt have been more helpful even carried our goods to the car , in fact it was a fun time and not a chore a pleasure to shop there we will go back

yes as always we were.. this is the 3rd time we have bought our bed and tempur matresses from dreams as we are always satisfied with your customer care and always we get looked after when we enter the store spoke with gerald who told us all abt the bed and told us that they were 3 designs of the tempur and let us test these out so we are always satisfied buying from dream as the customer care is second to none

The sales consultant Gerry was very understanding of my needs. I felt he had my best interests at heart and was not too pushy during the sale. He had a great product knowledge and actually suggested the mattress on-line that I chose in the end as it was the best value for money and had everything I was looking for. Overall the process was very relaxed and I didn't feel under pressure which made me want to purchase more from him. Thank you very much for all your help, i will personally recommend Dreams to friends and family in the future.
