Dreams - Uddingston

Right as we went inside the store, we were Greeted by a lovely gentleman named Alex, who after listening to our requirements took us to the sleep machine. It analysed our sleeping position and recommended some 5-6 mattress and we finalised on the second one we saw. It was very lovely experience overall and the Alex was not pushy and was giving us lot of time to try different mattresses .

Kathleen at the Uddingston store was lovely and very helpful. She found the bed best suitable for my 14 year old son.

Katrina was courteous and professional at all times and very knowledgeable about all the products she discussed with us.

KATRINA 134A028552 Birkenshaw Uddingston branch was very helpful and informative. Listened to our needs and made recommendations using the sleep machine. She was not a pushy style sales person. After spending time and giving her undivided attention we still needed time to go and think it over a cup of tea as it was a big expense. We went to another outlet just to convince ourselves we were making the right purchase. Finally we went back to Katrina who finalised the sale and thanked us for coming back to her to do business.

Kathleen was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and was patient enough to let us try some numerous times before deciding what we wanted.
