The lady Elaine that severed me was very friendly and helpful all the way through the sale I never once felt pressor in having to buy her service was first class

They were far superior for cost, range and value for money than any of the other stores we visited. The sales advisor, Gerry was very helpful. He knew the products and understood our needs.

The whole purchasing experience was a pleasure as we were not hastled but left to decide ourselves. We were treated with respect and even offered tea or coffee.

This is the 3rd bed and matters we have bought from this store.The girls who served us previous were super and Gerry was very helpful on this occasion.Great prices and great service.Only complaint is £39 delivery !!

Christopher and the lady assisting (can no longer remember her name) were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Really first class.

Chris was very approachable and down to earth. He showed his knowledge of the products and explained all payment structures fully.

Immediately met by a welcoming staff member who introduced herself as Elaine and ascertained the purpose of my visit. She then set out her intentions and took me through a process of trying four different mattress types whilst informing me of the qualities, benefits etc. of each product. At no time did I feel pressure to make a decision quickly. I was accompanied by my mother and sister who were given coffee and made to feel comfortable as Elaine gave me her undivided attention. I have visited many competitors who direct me to three different beds, tell me to try them out and return to the cash desk! Elaine got the sale because in my opinion she sf excellent at what she does and made me feel that it was important that I got what was personally suitable to me and I wasn't just another sale.

Chris was really attentive but also gave us space to test the beds and consider our options without being too pushy. Other staff members were also kind to our kids which always helps!!
