Excellent and friendly service

My husband and I were greeted by Elaine on our arrival she was very happy to deal with our request about buy a new bed and mates and was given a lovely cup of coffee while we chatted about your products . All other members of staff at the store was very friendly to they made my visit to the store very pleasant and made us feel at ease. Your staff member that dealt with us who was Elaine went above and beyond her duties to help us in every way possible she was amazing and very friendly so easy to talk to I would like thank ELAINE for all she did 😊😊😊😊😊😊can't thank her enough and all your other staff were great to. So I am just awaiting my delivery of my new bed looking g forward to my first night sleeping with my new mattress and bed so a BIG MASSIVE THANK YOU ALL.

I came in to a friendly and very helpful woman named Elaine and I was sorted in a matter of ten minutes due to her expertise xxx

From the minute we walked into your store we were made welcome and offered a tea/coffee. Chris, the assistant, explained how to recognise the different mattresses via the colour code pamphlet . We we in a total of 15 minutes as was the ease in which we were helped in choosing the right bed and mattress for my daughter .

Kathleen was very knowledgeable on the product and after care .She was friendly and helpful .Overall it took no time at all from walking into the store , placing our order and having order and delivery date confirmed.

Chris had excellent product knowledge and allowed for time to try the tempur mattresses available. He had an excellent balance of assistance vs knowledge vs how to close a sale and wasn't too pushy.

We received great service. Elaine and other staff members were very accommodating and friendly and made sure we had the best experience possible. We were offered tea and coffee and chocolates by the staff, whilst sorting out orders. Elaine made sure to give us plenty help and was very informative and stayed with us for a long time to make sure we were happy with our chosen bed and pillows. She helped us try out many different beds to find the right one and was very kind and friendly throughout.
