Sales person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and explained very clearly the options and add ons that were available with the bed and bedroom furniture we were buying.

I found the staff to be very friendly, polite and helpful. It was a hot day, and as soon as I entered the shop, I was offered a selection of refreshments. The staff took time to listen to what I required and provided me with a content happy purchase. Thank-you

The assistant named Chris was very efficient and friendly. He listened to our needs and concerns and give us his recommendations. We were also offered a coffee/tea/water.

I was attended to right away and was able to purchase what I was looking for and have it delivered on a specific date that suited my needs.

The sales assistant who helped us, Ashley, was extremely helpful, knowledgable an made us feel very welcome. If fact we were so comfortable in the store and in her company that it was like visiting family an being in their home! An absolute pleasure. We visited other stores and saw some nice beds but the experience we had with Ashley drew is back to her and Dreams. She is a credit to your business!

Our sales advisor Elaine knew exactly what we were looking for and made everything easy and understandable, all the staff including the store manager Julie were absolutely fantastic and are a real credit to your company!

It was great to go into a store , that the assistance was so helpful . We went into get mattress for mother inlaw , mother inlaw was with us . The assistance ask what , who, need . She seen that mother inlaw needed at sit down , the assistance offer seat tea, coffee, biscuit before we even started to look , talk about reading your mind . We ended all chilled out , and tried all the different mattresses . In the end up we came away with everything . Because it became cheaper . I would like to say a big thank you xx
