Dreams - Uddingston

We visited the uddingston store today and we wer verry pleased with the colleague Gerry who was really helpful and patient with our enquiry he helped us pick the right bed , mattress and even pillows aswell that suites our needs. He was verry understanding helpful and also verry friendly and polite. While we waited we had another colleague ask us if we wanted a tea or coffee which I thought was really nice aswell. We didn't wish to have a cup but I myself did get a FREE bottle of water.we. So overall we wer highly satisfied with our visit thanks to Gerry we will recommend ur store to friends and family.

The sales assistant,Ashley was knowledgeable about the product and advised us well without overwhelming with technical jargon. We had done some reading about different options before going to the store therefore had some knowledge, but our assistant was able to enhance this through the right kind of discussion about our sleeping style and needs, to help us make the best choice in matress.

First time we visited Uddingston Dreams store and were very surprised of wide range of bed and mattresses. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially shop assistant Elaine, Helped us to choose great mattress and bed. Would definitely return there again. Thanks.

Girls were great told them wat I was looking for and Elaine helped us with what we were looking for.

Kathleen was so helpful as my son has an allergy problem she gave me all the proper bedding to hopefully help my son

Elaine at your Uddingston store was very helpful. She did not hassle us whilst we were testing the products, but provided all the information we needed when we approached her. She showed an excellent knowledge of the different Tempur beds we were interested in, answered our enquiries fully and gave additional information about ancillary items, including the mattress protector and pillows. She was friendly and personable. The transaction was then completed efficiently and with full explanations.

The assistant that helped me was very friendly and gave me lot's of information on the items i was buying and was able to answer the question i had about the product.

The assistant (Elaine) was extremely knowledgeable with regards to the products on offer. She demonstrated various options of beds, mattresses and pillows. Her approach was friendly and genuine. We will definitely be recommending your store to family and friends. The whole sale and ordering went smoothly and we were well informed of what we were buying. A great shopping experience. Thanks.

Elaine, the Dreams colleague who assisted me in my purchase, was very warm and friendly, taking away any pre-conceived notions that some might have about in-store sales. While completing the purchase we had a great laugh along with some of her work colleagues and all in all it was a very pleasant experience. I left knowing full well what i was getting, when, and for how much and didnt feel like i was entering into something i didnt want. Elaine was very helpful in finding the best deal and the other Dreams colleagues all came over and had a chat too. One of the better in-store experiences iv had.
