We knew we needed a new bed but with all the new products on the market we didn't know what would suit us. Thankfully Elaine introduced herself to us & answered all our questions & put us at ease immediately. She was very informative & knew all the benefits of the products available & very important to us she was not pushy (if she had been we would have walk out!) She left us to make up our own mind.

Sales assistant was very professional throughout letting us make the choices we wanted and not trying to sell us something else. Listened to what we were looking for and gave advice on the products that would suit us best .

Gerry really made the difference, he sold us a cabin bed for our son that his store did not have on show he showed me and my family photos of the cabin bed on a touch sensitive screen which was great we had just started looking and after looking in a few other stores he really made the difference, we are thinking of coming back in to buy a mattress for me and my wife if we do we will be asking for Gerry GREAT SERVICE

Returned to Dreams as we had previously purchased our KS bed from the store and were impressed by the service (staff placed several different mattresses on the bed we were looking at-not to forget the delivery staff that were excellent) Had viewed the bed we were interested in last week-had checked for similar beds in various suppliers via the internet. due to our previous good experience and the fact we found the bed we were looking for at a reasonable price. Elaine who served us was excellent, friendly and provided advice-again we had an excellent experience and would recommend to family and friends-only disappointment was the £40.00 delivery charge-other suppliers were advertising free delivery but then they did not have the same standard of bed that we obtained from Dreams
