Elaine was very knowledgeable on all products available, very friendly and took time to understand our needs. She was very patient and helpful with my husband and I and our 2 children, 15 months and 1 week old. We returned to the store to make a purchase from her alone due to her service. On our return visit they even provided my husband with coffee while sitting in the car with a sleeping baby. Her colleagues were equally as friendly, made it a pleasure to shop :) very very satisfied .
