This was our first visit into a shop since the start of Covid. We were both really nervous about going in and were feeling overwhelmed by the choice of beds and mattresses available. A lovely lady called Lesley assisted us and put our minds at ease and made the whole process effortless. The products were great but the best thing about the experience was Lesley and the help and reassurance she offered us. I would recommend Dreams to others but would specifically recommend Lesley.

The sales colleagues were clear and concise and knew how to meet the needs described.

Very friendly service, welcomed as soon as we walked in the store by a lovely sales woman. She explained all the ins and outs of the virtual bed for which mattress that was most suitable for us. We were then shown a variety of mattresses and pillows. It didn't take long for us to pick between 3 mattresses. We were offered refreshments throughout, very friendly service and sales woman even went above and beyond with our little girl while we tried the mattresses. Overall we were highly impressed and enjoyed the visit to the store at Birkenshaw. Highly recommend.

KATRINA 134A028552 Birkenshaw Uddingston branch was very helpful and informative. Listened to our needs and made recommendations using the sleep machine. She was not a pushy style sales person. After spending time and giving her undivided attention we still needed time to go and think it over a cup of tea as it was a big expense. We went to another outlet just to convince ourselves we were making the right purchase. Finally we went back to Katrina who finalised the sale and thanked us for coming back to her to do business.
