The service we received from Elaine at the Birkenshaw store was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable on all the products and got us the right bed for us.

the personal service was outstanding and the quality of trained and untrained staff was of a very high standard. the only issue was a systems issue which caused the staff to re-enter the order several times and to be fair considerable stress on their behalf. they handled everything really well and my family couldn't have been looked after any better. Very well done to the team at Uddingston, thank you....

She came across as well trained and experienced and more than interested in her job She was friendly and very capable, knowing the stock and very capable of giving us the information we required to help us decide what we required and wanted

The sales assistant at the store was very polite, helpful and had a good understanding of what we where looking for. It makes a big difference when an assistance takes the time to help and are very friendly.
