We were shopping for a bed for my daughter who has autism, the assistant who served us, Elaine, was very friendly and took time to talk to my daughter and make sure she was happy with the choice made.

was given great information on the base and Mattress i was going to purchase. was offer a coffee while I was allowed to go to different grades of mattress.

the sales assistant was very helpful and friendly and made everything very easy for us.

Ashley who helped me find the mattress which is hopeful going to be perfect, provided me with so much information that I felt I could understand the difference in the mattresses and what it was that I was really looking for.

I visited the shop on two occasions and on my 2nd visit I was again dealt with Customer Advisor Elaine. The service on both of my visits in relation to customer care was if I could say more than excellent. At no time was I put under any pressure to purchase the bed. On completing the purchase I also spoke to Julie the Manager who again displayed excellent customer care and you could see that she took the time to listen. Both Elaine and Julie in my eyes definitely deserve an award for the customer care they deliver. Dreams should be absolutely proud.

On arrival we were met by a lovely sales woman who knew exactly what we were looking for. Very friendly and funny and quick service.
