Chris was extremely helpful and polite from start to finish..His product knowledge was second to none and advised us on what was the best product to purchase as my husband and myself were a little unsure if which mattress to buy. Overall really nice guy as were all the other staff members very friendly..would defiantly recommend this store to others.

When we entered the store we were welcomed by Kathleen who helped us with great advice about the products we were shopping for, her help was invaluable.

we were very happy with our customer service , from the second we walked into the store i was confident that Julie new what she was talking about and genuinly wanted to find the right product for us. She was the perfect sales woman, at no point did we feel pressured into purchasing like we had done in other stores. I myself manage a sales driven environment and would happily employ Julie and Kathleen as their attitude and enthusiasim is definitely hard to find these days.

Out of all the bed shops we had been too Mark was the more knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I did not feel pressured into buying anything. I really like the fact all the matresses are colour coded so it is easier to find what you are looking for. Mark also asked questions to get to know what I like so he could find the perfect matress for me.

Price match service and frieniiness of assistant.

Christopher our assistant couldn't have been more helpful and was extremely knowledgeable about the type of mattress I was looking for. He encouraged my daughter to try several mattresses before we decided on the one we felt was right.

Although this bed was bought as a guest bed for visiting guests it still has to be slept in. However I have tried to lie on it for about 20 minutes in the middle and the edge and found it to be very comfortable and firm just as required so I am sure I will be satisfied with this purchase.

Very large selection. .....reasonably priced and only a few day's wait for delivery.......
